The next best thing to being away in a fun and far away place is eating authentic cuisine from those countries. That’s certainly the case with Asian dishes. This is mainly because they often combine a variety of sweet, salty, sour, and spicy flavors. With fresh ingredients and unique spices, Asian cuisine is so delicious and very satisfying.
After visiting Southeast Asia a few years ago on a Holland America cruise ship, I fell in love with authentic Asian food. I spent One Day in Singapore and had one of the best chicken dishes I’d ever had and it was $4.00.
That experience really inspired me to begin making more Asian recipes once I got home. The recipes in this collection are some of my favorites. They’re easy to whip up, using fresh ingredients, and are much more affordable than takeout. The best part is, you can make them in the comfort of your own home.
